Dear shareholders and stakeholders:

2020 was a year that taught us that together, we can face adversity. Together with our 457 collaborators, we turned the challenges of Covid-19 into opportunities, which we transform into achievements and results for our clients, shareholders and other stakeholders, especially for the communities settled in the territories where our ultimate goal is bringing progress.

And although it could be one of the most difficult and challenging years for TGI and for Grupo Energía Bogotá (GEB), of which we are a part, we made the firm decision that the priority would be to take care of our employees and collaborators, and, of course, their families, the communities where we operate with our projects, and the millions of Colombians who demand the benefits of natural gas in their homes. Also the industries, to which we reliably deliver the gas they need to continue operating, to maintain the jobs of their workers and to develop products and services based on sustainable and competitive energy. So for TGI, 2020 was a year in which caring became the best result to leave a footprint.

The results that we present below make us feel proud, as they reflect a commitment to sustainability and progress, which is materialized in our ability to understand and manage the environment; innovate and adapt businesses to create profitability and generate benefits in the territories where we operate, always with a long-term vision in mind.

We know that challenging times are coming, and not only because of the social and economic effects that this pandemic has left, but also because of the enormous transformations that the energy sector will experience in the coming years. That is why we join GEB's commitment to be protagonists in the economic reactivation of Colombia, through new projects in the energy sector representing investments for COP 8 billion and the generation of nearly 30,000 new jobs.

At TGI, we are committed to advancing the country's energy transformation and delivering reliable, clean and safe low-emission solutions for more than a million Colombian households that still cook with wood, that use candles as their lighting source, and which may have great possibilities to make their region more productive by connecting to the good energy that moves Colombia.

In the process of transforming the energy system, we are also committed to being key actors in decarbonization, facilitating the path to the goal set: Colombia, a carbon neutral country by 2035. For this, we will work hand in hand with the natural gas chain with plans devoted to the industry and also to sustainable mobility. For example, with the replacement of the heavy-duty vehicle fleet more than 20 years old, and the conversion thereof to Euro VI, and the installation of natural gas for vehicles (NGV) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) stations on regional trunk roads to breathe better air throughout the national territory, while reducing pollutant emissions, which are currently affecting climate change so significantly.

At TGI, we intend to materialize these and many other great challenges with a top quality management team and with the commitment of our human team. Our gratitude to you, shareholders and stakeholders, for the determined support that will allow Transportadora de Gas Internacional to transform itself with innovation and efficiency and, under the framework of sustainability, continue connecting sources with consumption centers, in order to contribute more and more to the collective prosperity and development of Colombia and Latin America.
