Sustainable strategy

In line with the Grupo Energía Bogotá guidelines, we understand sustainability as the ability to understand and manage our environment, innovate and adapt our businesses, creating profitability and generating benefits in the territory where we operate with a long-term vision.

At TGI, we continue to make progress in the execution of activities to manage the most relevant issues for our business and for our stakeholders. The Sustainability Policy provides guidance with the framework of action, and we describe therein our specific commitments as a Business Group.

Stakeholders

As part of our Sustainability Policy, we are aware of the constant challenge to fulfill our promise of value to stakeholders, understanding and managing our environment to generate benefits through the offer of innovative products, programs and services that seek to meet their expectations.

(102-42) In 2017 we proposed our engagement map, where we identified the key actors of our activities with the intention of having channels, frequencies, leaders for the exchange of information and clear topics of interest that allow us to consolidate the relationships of mutual benefit, generate synergies and provide an adequate and timely response to the requirements of these actors. Aware of the changes and specific challenges of 2020, we made an update thanks to the information provided by each of the company's areas, regarding the topics of interest, channels and frequencies of relationship, in order to capture the new dynamics in the constant relationship with the different actors.
