Security, development, well-being and inclusion

Talent Management, the axis of our development

(103-1) At TGI we work to take care of our most valuable asset: 457 employees. That is why your health, your safety, your well-being and your understanding that this is a company that works for inclusion were our priorities; especially in a year so full of challenges, concerns and actions that impacted the teams. This allowed us to demonstrate the commitment we have with each of the people who make up our company.

Despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic, we are advancing in our purpose of being a healthy company and we are working to consolidate and strengthen the culture of Safety and Health at Work.

Likewise, we work on another priority and fundamental issue from GEB's guidelines: promoting equity, respect, justice, equality and impartiality, as well as opportunities, in our work teams.

In this way, we will continue to build a sustainable, inclusive and diverse company for the future, where all our employees have the opportunity to grow and develop in an environment with well-being and quality of life.
