At TGI S.A. ESP, we are committed to the responsible management of waste generated through our operations. To this end, we have implemented an Integrated Waste Management Plan that establishes activities, targets, and indicators aimed at continuously improving the management of both recyclable and non-recyclable waste streams. The main objectives of this plan are to ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations, optimize source separation processes, and strengthen waste recovery and final disposal practices.

In line with our Circular Economy Strategy, we have implemented a specific initiative for recyclable waste management aimed at maximizing waste recovery and progressively increasing recovery rates across our operational sites. This initiative is currently being implemented at our facilities in Barrancabermeja, Mariquita, Padua, Buga, and Villavicencio, where we carry out collection campaigns coordinated with authorized waste managers belonging to recycling associations or foundations. These organizations provide us with waste management certificates, ensuring traceability and compliance with applicable environmental standards.
